What it is

We confirm the crane can work safely

Technical inspection confirms that a crane is in good order, installed correctly and can safely work at its rated capacity. New cranes undergo it before commissioning, and so do cranes in operation. Requirements are set by the Law “On Industrial Safety of Hazardous Production Facilities” and the Rules for the design and safe operation of cranes. Oversight is carried out by the Committee for Industrial, Radiation and Nuclear Safety.

Partial
At least every 12 months: examination and operational check, no load tests.
Full
At least every 3 years: examination, static and dynamic load tests.
Extraordinary
After installation at a new location, repair of steel structures, or replacement of the hook, ropes or hoist.
