This policy explains which personal data SAFETY KURYLYS SERVICES (SKS) receives through sks-company.uz and related channels, why it is needed and how we protect it. It is drawn up in accordance with Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-547 of 2 July 2019 “On Personal Data”.

1. Who processes the data

The personal data operator is SAFETY KURYLYS SERVICES (SKS), Tashkent, a branch of HSE Company. For any questions about personal data write to info@sks.uz.

2. What data we receive

We receive data when you submit a request through the form on the website, write to us or call us. A website request is forwarded immediately to the managers' private work chat in Telegram; the website itself does not store it. We receive:

name, phone number, email address;
company name, number of employees, content of the request;
together with a form request: the address of the page it was sent from, the website language and the advertising source of the visit (UTM tags);
when registering for training — participants’ full names, positions, employers and other details needed for records, certificates and diplomas.

When you visit the website, the browser automatically stores the technical cookies needed for it to work.

3. Why we need this data

to answer your question, calculate the cost and prepare a proposal;
to sign and perform a contract for training or services;
issue records, certificates and diplomas, including IOSH certificates;
improve the website.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process data with the consent you give when you contact us, and to conclude and perform contracts and comply with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

5. Who the data is shared with

We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for advertising. Data may be processed by the services through which you contact us: Telegram (including delivery of website requests), email services. To issue the IOSH Managing Safely certificate, the learner's data is shared with IOSH and with HSE Company as the licensed course provider. Data may also be shared with government authorities where required by law.

6. How long we keep data and how we protect it

We keep data no longer than the purposes of processing or the periods set by law require. Only employees who need the data for their work have access to it. We take organisational and technical measures to protect data against loss, alteration and unauthorised access.

7. Cookie

Cookies are small files the website stores in your browser. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features may then work less well.

8. Your rights

You can find out which of your data we process, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent. To do so, write to info@sks.uz. We will reply within the time limits set by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
